Step one
SURFACE PREPARATION
Diamond grind the surface to attain a Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) rating of "2," resembling the texture of 100 Grit Sandpaper. Employ 30 Grit Diamonds with the suitable diamond bond (Soft, Medium, Hard) based on the concrete slab's hardness for this preparation.

CONCRETE RECONSTRUCTION
Following that, it's crucial to address any cracks, chips, or spalls in the concrete before applying epoxy. Utilize a concrete patching product to fill minor cracks and chips. Ensure that the product fully cures before moving on to the next step.
step three
apply base coat
Blend the two-part epoxy components thoroughly. Subsequently, evenly apply the mixture over the concrete to ensure complete coverage. It's important to note that the duration of this step may be influenced by the temperature.
step four
spread the flake
While the epoxy is still in its fresh state, start spreading the flakes evenly and generously. A helpful tip is to grab a handful and toss the flakes up and out, avoiding a straight downward application.
step five
final preparation
Review the flake coverage from various angles to ensure an even coat, adding more if needed. Use a scraper to remove excess flakes and recover them for efficient application.

apply high gloss finish
For the final step, blend and apply the Poly 85 top-coat to achieve a stunning finish.
